Birth of a Colony: North Carolina is Horizon's Emmy Award winning documentary about the early years of North Carolina's history.
Produced for UNC-TV and the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources, Horizon's team worked closely with both and a panel of North Carolina historians to acurately create this 90-minute program that covers the arrival of the Europeans to the end of the Tuscarora War in 1713.
